Navajo Churro Sheep Wool Yarn

This wool yarn comes from a small flock here on our farm, which are raised by my daughter and son in law, under the name Terra Sana Farm. It is undyed and reflects some of the diversity in their flock. Navajo Churro wool is often used in weaving and rug making and is great for felting. The sheep are a heritage breed and are the traditional - and once threatened - breed raised by the Dine people. Through the efforts of many people, the breed is now spread across the U.S.

The yarn is in four-ounce skeins and is clean and ready for dyeing.
